An epilogue becomes accessible from the main menu after completing all the relevant plot points. You need to:

• Meet Charlene in Manna Corporation
• Complete all end-of-day conversations with Rana
• Activity with Rana, unlocked after using the feeding station for the first time
• Activity with Rana, unlocked after eating 12 prey total

If you've somehow managed to preserve your save data across updates, I doubt the save system is going to work. You'll need to hit that New Game button to reset all variables. Sorry!
