The newly-independent city-state of Hegalé suffers from many problems, and the ruling council, the Daughters of Leopold, seem unable to solve anything. As a sinister plot is prepared from the shadows, can our unfortunate and aloof hero, Bandile Nkrumah, find a place for himself in a collapsing city?
